We control quality in three stages：
Before production — Supplier capability review and qualification
During production — Progress tracking and milestone checks
Before shipment — Final inspection and documentation

What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
The MOQ varies depending on the product and supplier. For standard products, the MOQ is typically lower; for custom parts, the MOQ is relatively higher. We will negotiate the optimal minimum order quantity with our suppliers based on your needs. -
What is the collaboration process like?
Our collaboration process is very straightforward: Requirements Analysis → Supplier Matching and Screening → Sample Approval → Contract and Payment → Production Monitoring and Quality Control → Logistics and Delivery. We’ll keep you updated at every step. -
What should I do if there is a problem with the product after I receive it?
We will coordinate and follow up on after-sales issues. Before entering into a partnership, we clearly define quality standards and after-sales terms with our suppliers. If a quality issue arises, we will act on your behalf to communicate with the supplier immediately and work to resolve the issue.
